If you have received a damaged or faulty item please notify us and include some photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package and we will happily replace or refund. ( If due to our error with the quality check).

A damaged retail package containing scuffs, creases and dents does not qualify as a damaged product.

• All stock is located and shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
• The orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving confirmation and our customers will be notified of any delays.
• If a parcel fails to be delivered due to the customers error, or it is not collected within the collection timeframe and therefore returned to us, we will contact the customer to discuss options for re-shipment.
• Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
